Due to the deliberately open format of the platform strongertogether.ch we assume no liability for the accuracy and completeness of the offers. The information is entered by the respective providers or persons authorized by them and is their responsibility.
We reserve the right to decide at our own discretion about the publication of entries and to delete abusive or suspicious entries.
Explicitly not allowed is the use of our services and infrastructure for the following activities:
- Use in connection with unfair sweepstakes, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam email, or any other type of unsolicited messages or advertising;
- Defamation, harassment, abuse, stalking, threats or other violation of legal regulations (such as protection of privacy, personal rights) of persons or companies;
- Dissemination of offensive, immoral, pornographic or other unlawful material or data within or through the provided infrastructure;
- Provision or dissemination of data containing static or moving images, software or other material that is subject to intellectual property laws (e.g. trademark law), unless the user is the rights holder or has the authorization to disseminate;
- distribution of data containing viruses, Trojans, worms, bots or other malicious software;
- illegal uploading and/or downloading of copyrighted data;
- Preventing or hindering other users from accessing and using the Services and Infrastructure;
- unlawfully obtaining information from other users, in particular their e-mail addresses, without their consent.

Aufgrund des bewusst offenen Formats der Plattform strongertogether.ch übernehmen wir keine Haftung für Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Angebote. Die Angaben werden durch die jeweiligen Anbieter bzw. von ihnen bevollmächtigte Personen eingetragen und liegen in ihrer Verantwortung.
Wir behalten uns vor, im eigenen Ermessen über die Publikation von Einträgen zu entscheiden und missbräuchliche oder verdächtige Einträge zu löschen.

- Verbreitung von Daten, die Viren, Trojaner, Würmer, Bots oder sonstige Schadsoftware enthalten;
- illegaler Up- und/oder Download von urheberrechtlich geschützten Daten;
- Abhalten oder Behinderung anderer Nutzer vom Zugang und Anwendung der Services und Infrastruktur;
- unrechtmässige Beschaffung von Informationen von anderen Nutzern, insbesondere auch deren E-Mail Adressen, ohne deren Zustimmung.
